The story of We Inspire began with a simple desire—to make a difference.
While working at Diamond Bank Plc, I found myself naturally drawn to training and development. Volunteering to lead in-house training sessions soon became a passion, and it wasn’t long before I was officially appointed as the branch’s Learning and Development Champion. It was during this time that I discovered a deep-seated drive: a desire for superior workplace value and a passion for helping people recognize, develop, and apply their unique skills and abilities in practical ways.
This consistent nudge to become a channel of solutions within my immediate community gave birth to We Inspire.
What started out of passion for community growth and personal development has grown into a thriving platform that equips entrepreneurs and individuals with practical, tailored skills for success in work and business. Our mission is simple—to inspire, empower, and equip people to thrive.
Since 2019, We Inspire has organized annual training programs in collaboration with the Edo State Skills Development Agency (EdoJobs)—at zero cost to participants. We’ve trained over 1000 individuals in vital areas such as: Business Ethics, Effective Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Personal Effectiveness, Enhancing Market Value, People Management, Basic Tech and Security Awareness, and more.
Through feedback loops and real-life application, our participants consistently report improved productivity, greater confidence, and increased efficiency in their personal and professional journeys.
The essence of this initiative has always been to empower people in Benin City and beyond with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver better service, build stronger brands, and compete more effectively in both local and national markets.
